Toka is a character who only appeared (along with Sei) in Virtua Quest. A mysterious girl who helps the hero out of many tight spots. Little is known about this individual and her background is shrouded in darkness...
In truth, she was made into a vessel of Dural Epsilon by Judgement 6, until Sei's father saved her during a rescue mission, at the cost of Raud. However, the Dural programming on Toka keeps getting stronger to have its seal broken, leaving Sei with no other choice to defeat her, and thereby freeing her back to normal.
