Evelyn Huynh is an American actress who voiced Pai Chan in the English version of Virtua Quest in addition to the roles of Toka, Fan, and Death Smile.
Huynh, like other US-native voice actors who contributed to the game, is affiliated with Webtone Productions, which has done voice work for many Sega titles around that time. These roles include Hikanay in Shining Force EXA, Anastasia in the 2005 version of Altered Beast and Mio in Blood Will Tell: Tezuka Osamu's Dororo.
